Purpose and scope

The public website introduces Cauvery Digital Lab and its products. CDL Data Collection supports authorized institutional student-information workflows. Institution-specific agreements and collection instructions apply to each deployment.

Responsible use

Provide accurate information and only submit records you are entitled to submit. Keep resume codes and account credentials private. Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass controls, impersonate others or disrupt the service.

Staff maintenance

Staff may perform only the actions their institution authorizes. Review the student summary before resetting a resume code or deleting a record. A reset invalidates the previous code. Record deletion cannot be undone from the console; moving associated assets to trash does not restore the record.

Availability and changes

Availability depends on the application and its service providers. Interruptions, maintenance and usage limits can occur. Follow the institution’s alternative submission instructions if the service is unavailable. Features and configuration may differ between deployments.

Privacy

Read our privacy policy and the institution’s collection notice before providing personal information. These terms do not replace a separately agreed institutional service contract.
